Chocolatier Australia is a family-owned chocolate manufacturing business based in Melbourne’s northern suburbs.
Established in 1985 by brothers David & John Grisold, they produced about 700-1000 hand-made truffles everyday. Today, the business has grown to now employ almost 70 people in a true state-of-the-art facility. Production is up a bit too and under the supervision of third brother Mark, Chocolatier Australia now produces more than 500,000 beautiful European chocolates every week.
Chocolatier Australia products can be found in retail and specialty stores around Australia, China and the Middle East.
Product ranges include everyday and premium boxed chocolate lines, in addition to seasonal ranges for Easter, Christmas, Valentines and Mothers Day.
