Little Secrets Bakehouse was born in 2015 by Executive Chef Daniel Collins, who settled in Australia from the UK in 2007. Bringing with him European knowledge and experience gained during his career in such organisations as Gordon Ramsay Holdings and Conran Restaurants.

Daniel, with his passion for baking noticed consumer trends were quickly changing and the demand for “quality” gluten free desserts was on the rise. Daniel then set out to innovate the market by developing an exclusive core range of boutique gluten free desserts, using only premium ingredients paired with innovative flavour combinations. All products are handmade from Daniel’s secret recipes. No premixes allowed! Setting the benchmark for gluten free wholesale bakery manufacturing and distribution in Sydney.
