To set up a wholesale account, click on the Wholesale tab and select either Ordermentum Wholesale Log In (if you already trading with us) or New Ordermentum account. Alternatively please don’t hesitate to contact us via phone or email and we can help with the set up.
Deliveries are made between Monday to Friday. We don't deliver on weekends or long weekends.
The office is open Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
Absolutely! When placing your order online once you get to the checkout section there will be an option to select pick up.
When your order is ready you will receive a "Ready to Collect" email. The turn around time is usually 24 hours but if you are needing it urgently please contact us prior to ordering.
On collection please have your order number and Identification at the ready.
To remain within our COVID safe plan, please make sure you CHECK IN & OUT with the Services NSW app when approaching the roller shutter to pick up your consignment and ensure you are wearing a mask at all times.
We try and keep the all the ingredients on all our products online for our customers, but if there is a product that doesn’t have this information or you would like to know something further, please don’t hesitate to email us and we will do our very best to acquire this for you.
Anyone can order on our website! If you would like to set up an account with your ABN please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Orders
Satisfine Foods will deliver orders placed before 3pm on the next business day (Sydney Metro) assuming all stock is available to be released. If the order is not available in full the customer will be contacted by a Satisfine Foods team member and advised accordingly.
This means all orders required for Monday will need to be placed by 3pm the Friday prior.
The minimum order for Satisfine Foods to deliver is $80.00 (Inc. GST). If an order is under $80.00 is required there will be an additional freight charge commensurate with the size of the order. A Satisfine Foods team member will discuss this with you upon order placement.
We do our absolute best to have all deliveries out and on time, sometimes this isn’t the case. There may be low stock levels, or there may be a delay with the courier. If you can email or call we can follow up on your delivery for you. We treat all orders with importance so don't hesitate to reach out if required.
Delivery & Payments
Satisfine Foods deliver on Monday through Friday and there are NO weekend deliveries unfortunately.
Your prompt attention to payment of invoices is always appreciated by Satisfine Foods and as such the following methods of payment are available to you at all times;
- By Cash or Cheque to driver (please make all cheques payable to Satisfine Foods Pty Ltd).
- By Direct Debit (BSB: 012055, Account No: 499384049, Account Name: Satisfine Foods Pty Ltd, Bank: ANZ).
- By Credit card by placing orders online.
- By PayPal when you place an order online
We don’t deliver overseas unfortunately, but we can deliver to a physical address in NSW or ACT and you can organise your own international transport.
We don’t do free delivery unfortunately. But we have a low cost delivery option of $9.90 for the Sydney Metro area. Once you get beyond this area the shipping calculator will assist in calculating your delivery fee.
The only reason you would be charged a higher than usual delivery is because the minimum for delivery has not been met. If you can increase the order to the $80 minimum it should reduce your delivery costs.
Our cut offs for orders is 3 pm. This is so we have time to process and pack the orders for you. If you can assist us in sticking to this time frame we will endeavour to do our best to get all orders packed and processed.
Absolutely! We will use a courier for any customers outside our drivers areas. The cost of couriers can vary depending on orders and location. Please be mindful that any perishable items (such as cakes, chocolates or frozen goods) will be sent with an ice pack but we cannot guarantee they arrive exactly how they are sent. Once it is with a courier it is out of our hands.
As our drivers leave early morning we don't have the option for a same day delivery. If you are in the Sydney Metro we can have this order out next business day.
All our deliveries go with our drivers or a courier. We use Australia Post for all deliveries that are not perishable.
