Inspired by her own European heritage and years of experience in the food industry, Helen developed her own unique style of cooking. Her vision was, and still is, to allow people to enjoy a finer side of food preparation and taste. The sheer quality of her food coupled with innovative product presentation brought her to the attention of local cafe's and businesses and the demand for her products grew. Such was the demand that in 1993, Helen decided to to increase the size of the business and with husband Zen and son Jimmy, she embarked on a wholesale food odyssey.
Today, that small family business has grown into a major producer and supplier of food products Australia wide. Thousands of people every day enjoy food originally conceived in the mind and kitchen of Helen. A signature Round Lasagne is now supported by more than a hundred different items and food categories.
