Mardi Gras

This February we’re focusing on Mardi Gras. Specifically, Byron Bay has just released their limited edition PRIDE Cookie, also known as the #byronGAYcookie. Byron Bay partnered with one of Australia’s most celebrated chefs, Christine Manfield, to create a multi-coloured, heart shaped cookie that celebrates love in all its colours.

Christine Manfield says of the partnership:

"The Mardi Gras festival is such an exciting time, it’s that time of year when people come together from all over Australia and the world to celebrate love in all its colours. I’m proud to have had the opportunity to work with Byron Bay Cookie Company to launch the PRIDE COOKIE and bring to life what Mardi Gras is all about."

The cookie is limited edition, features beautiful rainbow packaging, and will be available exclusively on board domestic and International Qantas flights. As well as with Satisfine Foods, of course! So, get proud and taste of the rainbow. Mardi Gras is a week-long celebration across all of Sydney. The pride cookie is sure to go down a treat!

Easter
