Love these crumbs. They are the tastiest and lightest crumbs ever, and the fact that they are gluten free is an extra bonus. Schnitzels turn out absolutely delicious!!

Best breadcrumbs ever. Our grandchildren who are the hardest critics ever, prefer schnitzels made with these over conventional breadcrumbs.
I think it’s because they are ultra crunchy.
I use all the flavours but this and the lemon one are the favourites. Excellent for crumbing fish as well.
I use cornflour and egg first and importantly place the prepared meat or fish in the fridge for a while before cooking.
