A miniature baked apple pie. Wheat free, gluten free, dairy free, nut free and yeast free. The fruit is baked with dextrose monohydrate, making the product safe for people with fructose malabsorption allergies (“Fructose Friendly")

Ingredients:
Pastry: Flour (soy, rice, maize), Nuttelex margarine, pure icing sugar, eggs, tapioca starch, vanilla essence, xanthan gum (415), guar gum (412), salt.

Filling: Apples, dextrose monohydrate, maize starch, cinnamon.

Storage Instructions: Keep refrigerated at below 4ºC.

Shelf Life: Use by 7 days from date of manufacture. May be frozen to extend life: add six months to “Best Before” date.
