When Posh Foods started to make all these Japanese Fusion and Italian Fusion Pies, their customers asked them to make a normal pie. There had been too many normal pies out there and they didn’t want to be the same. But their customers insisted. So here is the Posh Chunky Beef Pie!

The big difference is that they don’t freeze's their pies. When food is frozen, water molecules enter the gaps between fibres in the food and would expand as they form ice particles. When thawed out, they would taste different. Flavour would be lost, texture would change and often the food become a bit soggy too. Theirs is Fresh and never been Frozen!
