Dessert is served! Madhouse Bakehouse created a moist, soft pudding with a rich chocolate flavour in their Hot Chocolate Souffle. It’s topped with elegantly piped ganache and is best served warmed through for a melt-in-the-mouth,  chocolate experience.

Ingredients: EGGS WHOLE PASTEURISED, DARK CHOCOLATE 24% (Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Soy lecithin, Vanillin), SUGAR, BUTTER UNSALTED (Milk Fat, Water, Milk Solids Non-Fat)
GLUTEN FREE FLOUR MIX (Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Xanthan Gum, (Soy)), CREAM, COCOA POWDER, MILK, CANOLA OIL SPRAY (Canola Oil , Soy Lecithin)

Shelf Life: 4 weeks chilled & 6 months frozen

Serving Suggestion: Product is to be served warm. Place frozen soufflés in a warm oven or microwave until the ganache on top is visibly melted. This will vary based on different appliances. It is important to watch this process carefully until you have a good indication of the time required.
