    Crunchy crumpets

The perfect crumpet for a savoury meal. Bacon and eggs, cheese and tomato or lamb and sweet potato. All go well on these crumpets. I have stored them in the freezer. I defrost them in the microwave and then toast them. They go wonderfully crunchy.
