This is a Classic English dish re-interpreted by June Budgen (founder of Posh Foods). The product is ever so popular that they have had it as a favourite for more than 20 years! Their recipe is difficult to prepare at home. Their Chefs rest the mix for just the right amount of time before putting it into the oven to bake to ensure the best texture and flavour combination.
