To celebrate its 25th birthday, Byron Bay Cookie Company have collaborated with one of the country’s most celebrated chefs, Christine Manfield and came up with the Passionfruit & Dark Chocolate cookie.
Passionfruit & Dark Chocolate | The Passionfruit & Dark Chocolate Cookie combines a rich shortbread biscuit base with real passionfruit puree and pieces of decadent dark chocolate.
