Satisfine Foods has been supplying the Sydney and broader New South Wales foodservice market with a selection of gourmet food products for the past 5 years. The business is one which is family owned and operated. The owner/operator Mark Lenga has over 11 years experience in the Foodservice industry. When Mark completed his Bachelor of Commerce at the University of NSW he was recruited by Nestle Australia on the graduate development program. It was by complete chance that he found his way in to the Foodservice division of this multinational and continues to develop his experience from that point on.

After a stint in New Zealand Mark went travelling around the world for 12 months where he decided that the time was right for him to develop his own business and utilize the entrepreneurial spirit he had worked so hard to gain.

In 2002 Mark started Satisfine Foods from underneath his parent’s staircase where he stored a few small boxes. When this small basement storage became a little too cramped he shared a small garage with one of his friends in Botany and from there moved to their current premises in Pagewood. Now the business supplies weekly to all channels of the industry including Cafes, Espresso Bars, Delicatessens, Caterers, Universities, Hospitals, Hotels, Bakeries, Garden Centres, Function and Conference Centres.  The range of products has continued to grow as the business expands and our goal at Satisfine Foods is to be a Food Distributor leading the supply of quality Food products to the Foodservice industry.
